T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship (Wisconsin Early Childhood Association

T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® WISCONSIN provides higher education scholarships to professionals who work in regulated early childhood and school-age care settings. Since its inception in 1999, T.E.A.CH. has provided more than 14,000 scholarships to over 8,000 early childhood teachers.

To be eligible you must:

• Work at least 25 hours per week in a full-time group child care program that is licensed and/or participating in YoungStar OR in a licensed or certified family child care program.*
• Have the support of your sponsoring program
• Have a diploma from an approved high school**, or have earned a GED
• Be employed by your sponsoring program for a minimum of 3 months prior to application
• Live and/or work in Wisconsin
• Plan to attend school at a Wisconsin-based college or university
• Want to complete credit-based coursework
