Former Learner, Support and Transition Students (Instructional Support Services):
" Must be pursuing occupational training at Western Technical College, including less than one-year programs, e.g. CNA.

HSED Students:
" Must be completing the HSED program at Western Technical College and enrolled in at least one graded, credit course.
" Must submit a program plan indicating program of study and anticipated credits per specific term.

All applicants:
" Must receive a recommendation from a Western instructor or a professional in the Learner Support and Transition division.
" Demonstrate financial need.
