A. Must be a nontraditional student who is a resident of La Crosse or Houston County
B. Must be enrolled for 12 or more credits in the Building Construction & Cabinetmaking Program
C. Must have completed one semester-minimum of 12 credits earned, six of which must be in occupational specific courses
