Winona Heating and Ventilating Co Inc Scholarship

A. Must be enrolled for 12 or more credits in the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Technician program at Western Technical College
B. Must have completed one semester of Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Technician program
C. Must be a resident of Western Wisconsin, Southeast Minnesota or Northeast Iowa – 100 mile radius of La Crosse, Winona, Decorah and Rochester.
