A. Must be from La Crosse, Houston, Winona, Vernon, Monroe, Trempealeau, or Jackson County and be enrolled for 12 or more credits
B. Minimum GPA 3.0
First Priority: a student in the Culinary Program
Second Priority: a student in the Marketing Program with interest in foods area
