A. Must be a high school graduate
B. Must be enrolled for 12 or more credits in Electromechanical Technology
C. Must have completed one semester-minimum of 12 credits earned, six of which must be in occupational specific courses
D. Must be a 15-year resident of La Crosse or Vernon county
E. Program GPA >=3.0
