William R. Kroner Memorial Endowed Scholarship
William “Bill” Kroner was a first year electrical apprentice when he died tragically in a motor vehicle accident while returning from classes in Chippewa Falls at the age of 24. Bill made a lasting impression on all those he met and contributed greatly to the electrical field during his employment as an apprentice with Stokes Electric.
Because of his enthusiasm in the electrical trade, and his vibrancy in life, this endowed scholarship has been established in his name by his parents, Kurt and Jean Kroner, and his employer, Stokes Electric of La Crosse-David and Mary Jo Stokes.
