Ruth Chapter 23, Order Eastern Star Endowed Scholarship

The La Crosse Chapter 22, Order of the Eastern Star celebrated its one hundredth anniversary on March 22, 1992. The early years of the Chapter are full of charity and devotion to community service. The Chapter continued to develop a wider variety of community service including the youth groups sponsored by their Order. With an eye to the future, the Chapter voted to establish, in 1992, a scholarship in perpetuity at WWTC.
In 1999, the La Crosse Chapter 22 consolidated with Ruth Chapter #23, Order of Eastern Star.
