Robert Ringdahl Endowed Scholarship

Robert Ringdahl served as secretary and chairman of the board of the Western Wisconsin Vocational, Technical and Adult Education District from July 1968 to July 1978.
He provided his personal expertise to the board:
1) In planning vocational, technical and adult education programs and opportunities for the benefit of the citizens of the District
2) In the expansion and improvement of physical facilities at the central campus and the district
3) In promoting policies for the development and advancement of careers and continuing education for both young adults and nontraditional students
Mr. Ringdahl fully understood the need for scholarships to assist students in reaching their educational objectives. During his term as president of the board he matched yearly contributions made by the WWTC staff to the scholarship fund. Mr. Ringdahl has served as both president and vice president of Northern Engraving Corporation in Sparta, Wisconsin.
