John Bolstad Endowed Scholarship

John Bolstad joined the Western faculty in 1981, teaching in the CIS department and then later in Math. Upon his retirement in 2002, John named the Foundation beneficiary of his life insurance policy with the proceeds being used to set up an endowed scholarship. In 2011, he also purchased an annuity to add to this fund. The yearly interest from this scholarship will provide future students with financial aid for many years to come.
