Frontier-Badger #45 Masonic Endowed Scholarship

The members of the lodge initiated the Frontier Lodge #45 Masonic Scholarship in 1988 to assist second-year students in associate degree programs in reaching their educational objectives.
Donald Fowler and Phillip Bouffleur, past masters representing the Lodge, stated that the members chose to support Western because of the quality education and graduates that were fulfilling needs in the work force in western Wisconsin and the state.
Donald Fowler died in 1994.
