David and Barbara Skogen Endowed Scholarship

Dave Skogen is President of Skogen’s IGA/Festival Foods. His wife, Barb, is an officer in the company. They both are long-time residents of the city of Onalaska.
Skogen’s has grown from one grocery store into a well-knit organization of seven stores and catering to the food needs of many families in and around La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, Galesville, Marshfield and Green Bay. Skogen’s/Festival pride themselves on the spirit of friendly cooperation which exists in their organization.
Dave and Barb give unselfishly of their time for the welfare of their employees and customers. They are very active in the community as well as many organizations. Dave was chosen Retailer of the Year in 1989.
Dave and Barb are truly hometown proud.
