Scott Sklenar Safety Scholarship - La Crosse Area Occupational Safety & Health Council (LAOSHC)

The La Crosse Area Occupational Safety & Health Council (LAOSHC) is a civic, non-profit, non-political organization that promotes workplace safety and health and aims to reduce workplace injuries among its business members and the community. LAOSHC is affiliated with the Wisconsin County of Safety (WCS), a state-level safety council and a chapter of the National Safety Council.

Scholarship award (up to $1,000) seeks students pursuing a degree in workplace safety or occupational health. Candidates must plan to use their training and education to provide workplace safety and/or occupational health services to La Crosse area employers. The award includes a free one-year membership to LAOSHC.
